Initially, the service was available only at the &#8220;Yahodyn-Dorohusk&#8221; checkpoint, but today it covers a much larger area.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What is &#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221; is an electronic service that allows carriers to plan their border crossing time in advance. Drivers register online, select a convenient time and checkpoint, and the system informs them about the current queue status and any changes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the website, the mobile application of the &#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221; system became available on April 3, 2023. Authorization is done using the same login and password as on the website, providing easy access to the personal account from any device.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to Use the Service?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Registration<\/strong>: On the website or mobile app, create an account by entering your email, phone number, and password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select a Checkpoint<\/strong>: Currently, &#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221; operates at 21 out of 28 checkpoints, including all crossings with Romania and Slovakia, 10 with Moldova, and three with Poland.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submit Information<\/strong>: The driver enters data about the vehicle, cargo, customs declaration, and, if necessary, a second driver.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Waiting and Notifications<\/strong>: After successful registration, the carrier receives notifications about the time to approach the checkpoint.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>&#8220;Queue Status&#8221; Section<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221; system uses three lists to display the vehicle status:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Waiting Queue&#8221;<\/strong>: If your vehicle is on this list, track the progress of the queue and the &#8220;Estimated Time of Entry.&#8221; This indicator may change depending on the speed of other vehicles. When your turn approaches, your vehicle will transition to the &#8220;Get Ready to Enter&#8221; status. <strong>Attention!<\/strong> If you do not reach the checkpoint by the &#8220;Queue Cancellation Time,&#8221; the system will automatically cancel your queue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Get Ready to Enter&#8221;<\/strong>: In this status, the vehicle should be near the checkpoint and ready to enter. Drivers are advised to follow the instructions of the guard at the barrier carefully.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Under Control&#8221;<\/strong>: This status means the vehicle is already at the checkpoint. The standard control time is up to 5 days, but in cases of additional procedures, it may be longer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The queue ends when the vehicle receives the &#8220;Exit from the checkpoint&#8221; status. After this, re-registration for another trip is not possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>If Problems Occur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In case of discrepancies between the vehicle status in the system and the actual situation, contact support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phone: +38 (067) 120 0483<\/li>\n<li>Email: <a rel=\"noopener\"><span>support<\/span><span>@echerha<\/span><span>.gov<\/span><span>.ua<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Advantages of &#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reduced Costs<\/strong>: The possibility of waiting in comfortable conditions reduces costs for carriers, which can reach up to 400 euros per day of idle time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Priority Movement<\/strong>: Thanks to integration with customs and border service databases, the system gives priority to trucks carrying perishable goods.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Predictability<\/strong>: Drivers receive automatic notifications about changes in the queue&#8217;s movement time and its status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently, the &#8220;\u0454\u0427\u0435\u0440\u0433\u0430&#8221; system covers most checkpoints, making it an integral part of modern logistics.
